If a particular aviation operation appears to be unsafe or operated in a manner inconsistent with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), the FAA will take enforcement action against the operator. Information such as when and where the event occurred, along with any markings on the helicopter, will facilitate the investigation. If you are concerned about safety, you may contact the nearest FAA Flight Standards District Office (FSDO). Please note that the FSDO does not address noise issues. They will only address safety concerns.
